As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I have advanced training focused on the unique needs of clients age 55 and older. This designation helps me guide mature buyers and sellers through important decisions like downsizing, relocating, and choosing the right housing options. My goal is to provide clear information and thoughtful support every step of the way.
Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®)
As an Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®), I’ve completed specialized training in proven staging techniques designed to enhance a home’s value and marketability. This certification equips me with practical strategies to help showcase a property’s best features, appeal to the widest range of buyers, and create a strong first impression. By incorporating professional staging principles into my marketing approach, I’m able to help homes stand out, sell more quickly, and achieve stronger results for my clients.
Associate Broker
As an Associate Broker, I’ve completed advanced licensing requirements and passed the broker’s exam to deepen my knowledge of real estate practice, law, and ethics. This designation reflects a higher level of education and experience within the industry and strengthens my ability to guide clients through even the most complex transactions. While I continue to work under the supervision of a managing broker, this credential allows me to offer an added level of expertise and professionalism in every aspect of buying and selling real estate.
